patch restoring svn rev.3439 changes

CVE-2007-6720 fix (SDL svn rev. 3439) lost during the mikmod upgrade, is this
intentional?  Attached a diff to restore it.  Regards.

PS: There is also the CVE-2009-0179 filed against mikmod.  Didn't check whether
the version in SDL_mixer has it fixed.
