I first had this problem on DOSBox. Everytime the window resized to fullscreen, Windows would immediately reboot with no warning messages. It's definitely an SDL issue, since the same problem arises when entering fullscreen on other SDL-based programs, such as ScummVM and DXX-Rebirth. I have tested the same programs on Linux, and they work perfectly when switching to fullscreen, so that rules out a hardware problem

Specs, if helpful:
Windows XP MCE SP3
Intel P4 3.0 GHz HT
ATI Radeon HD 3650 Pro, 1GB VRAM (PCIe)
2.5 GB SRAM

This sounds like a Windows video driver issue, actually.
