On Windows Vista (and reportedly on Windows XP) pressing F10 when SDL_VIDEODRIVER=directx incorrectly brings up the Shift-F10 window menu. The key press is not received by the SDL application.

Relatedly, pressing Alt+Arrow will cause the SDL application to lose focus if the SDL_VIDEODRIVER is "directx".
