SDL has an outdated version of bugzilla misses critical features. The used version is 2.22.2 while the current version is 3.0.2. Compare this page in SDL's and KDE's bugzillas:

http://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi

Notice that the "New email address:" line is missing in SDL's version.
