When using the Switch Pro controller hidapi driver in SDL2, the home button LED will always be on at full brightness, which is both annoying because of how bright it is, but also not the expected behavior since it doesn't do this when connected to the Nintendo Switch itself.

I don't have a Nintendo Switch, what is the behavior there? Is the LED lit at all?
