Add Logitech G29 VID/PID to SDL_IsJoystickProductWheel()

The VID/PID of the Logitech G29 steering wheel is missing, add it. I don't have a G29 to test but this is the PID used by the lg4ff Linux kernel driver for these wheels.

We have a user on the pygame issue tracker who has asked for G29 wheel support here: https://github.com/pygame/pygame/issues/1613

So they would likely be grateful if this got merged.
