This has nothing to do with the tutorial, but please help!

This keeps happening. The tutorial about getting the image to the screen is bugged, or I didn't download the right thing. That could be it, I do not have an "SDL_Image" that I am currently aware of. Please help, this has to be done for school, I'm at my wits end here.
