On http://www.libsdl.org/cvs.php, there is a link to http://www.loria.fr/~molli/cvs-index.html which is defunct.

Two possible fixes come to mind:
1) Remove that link completly.
2) Change it to point to another site, e.g. Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concurrent_Versions_System)
