Currently, this Bugzilla offers one component for each dir in src/, plus one for the website.

That means that there is no category for submitting fixes to the build system; fixes for the docs/man pages; etc..

Maybe some more Components could be added?

I was thinking that last night.

I think we at least need a "build system" componenent, but we should be careful about adding too many fields to this thing. Sometimes "don't know" is perfectly fine.

I removed a couple silly components and added a build component.
I decided not to add documentation, since I didn't want wiki and tutorial stuff ending up there.  We can definitely add it if it becomes necessary though.
