I can not read the RDR CUSOR (axis 7, axis 8) on the Thrustmaster Cougar Hotas using SDL.  I can read the RDR CUSOR by using another program so I know the Thrustmaster Cougar Hotas is working properly.

We don't have any way to test this here.  Please try the latest SDL snapshot:
http://www.libsdl.org/tmp/SDL-2.0.zip

If this doesn't work, feel free to reopen this bug if you have a patch which works for you.
