docs.html is way out of date in 1.3 (it covers SDL 1.2.10).

We should probably just delete the file, and rewrite it when 1.3 is close to release.

Or perhaps just replace the HTML with a single link to http://libsdl.org/

Yup, the changes will be going on the wiki, most likely.
