"make install" installs an sdl.pc file, but "make uninstall" doesn't remove it.

This is reported for 1.3, but I'm putting a target-1.2.14 tag on it so we know to verify this doesn't happen on 1.2. Sam, if you get to this before me, please remove the tag if 1.2 is unaffected.
