Bug 489

Summary: Missing mm3dnow.h
Product: SDL Reporter: Miika Ahonen <miika.ahonen>
Component: videoAssignee: Ryan C. Gordon <icculus>
Status: RESOLVED WONTFIX QA Contact: Sam Lantinga <slouken>
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Version: HG 2.0
Hardware: x86
OS: Windows (XP)

Description Miika Ahonen 2007-09-05 16:31:25 UTC
"./src/video/SDL_blit.h:31:21: mm3dnow.h: No such file or directory"

Building with MinGW (v5.1.3) GCC (v3.4.5) which seems to lack that particular header.
Comment 1 Sam Lantinga 2008-11-25 11:11:39 UTC
Can you show me the result of configure when it tests for GCC -m3dnow option?
Comment 2 Miika Ahonen 2008-11-25 17:03:46 UTC
Unfortunately I haven't had GCC 3.x in ages, and the problem doesn't seem to persist with GCC 4.2.1.
Comment 3 Sam Lantinga 2009-02-16 20:52:08 UTC
This can be reopened if anyone runs into it again. At this point I'm not worried about older compilers and platforms in SDL 1.3.
