SDL_WM_SetCaption doesn't work on my windows 95 machine with SDL-1.2.12.
The caption and the icon title is just shown as "SDL_app".
The problem was not there with older versions.
I have also tested it in Wine and in ReactOS 0.3.3-RC1. Both don't have that problem.

SDL-1.2.13 works fine on Windows 95 again.
I don't know, why it was reopened.
