Apparently the CMake files are putting the Wayland libraries in EXTRA_LIBS whenever built with Wayland support, even though it doesn't need to do so. Doing so will make SDL fail to load on any systems without Wayland client libs, even if they intended to use X11 or whatever.

The Wayland target itself dynamically loads these libs, so there's no need to explicitly link against them.

Configure script doesn't have this problem.
