Using SDL_PumpEvents and SDL_WaitEvent[Timeout] in main leaks memory whenever moving cursor over the screen or on keyboard events.
Using the usual SDL_PollEvent loop fixed the problem, which seems weird given it implicitly calls SDL_PumpEvents according to the docs.
I've confirmed the leak on multiple machines, with Win8.1 and Win7.

It seems there is an upper bound to the increasing memory, so I'm guessing some internal buffers are being filled, so this probably isn't actually a leak.

Marking a large number of bugs with the "triage-2.0.4" keyword at once. Sorry if you got a lot of email from this. This is to help me sort through some bugs in regards to a 2.0.4 release. We may or may not fix this bug for 2.0.4, though!
