When using the "SDL-devel-1.2.15-mingw32.tar.gz" installer for SDL with hidden files shown under Windows (I did not test without hidden files shown, but these files shouldn't be in the archive regardless), the installer copies all of the Mac OSX file system hidden files as well. These probably should not be included in the archive, and definitely should not be installed.
