Is this definitely a bug in SDL, as opposed to a bug in XGL ? This is definitely a bug in SDL. However, I haven't had any luck in getting any compositing manager running on my system, much less XGL. Does anyone have any suggestions or instructions? On servers with the composite extension enabled, visuals with 32-bit depth have an alpha mask. This is pretty neat, but SDL needs a bit more work to handle these properly, so for now, we'll just use 24 bit depth visuals. |
