The signature files at http://www.libsdl.org/tmp/release/SDL2-2.0.0.tar.gz.sig and http://www.libsdl.org/tmp/release/SDL2-2.0.0.zip.sig are broken links.

They are linked from the main SDL downloads page at http://www.libsdl.org/tmp/download-2.0.php

That's correct, I haven't signed the prerelease archives.
