Updated the MPW makefiles ("SDL.make", "SDLtest.make")
by adding the new "dummy" and "disk" directories/files.

Bloated into a self-extracting archive, just like in CVS.
(it's just two text files, with their type/creator set)

so it might not work on the older systems.
